Self-care is SO IMPORTANT!!! Let me say it louder for the back…one of the MOST important things you can do for yourself. If you are not taking care of yourself, there is no way you can take care of all of the other things in your life to your fullest potential. You are the ONLY person that walks every day with yourself, so make sure you are carving time out DAILY for you, and only you. If you don’t show up for yourself, who will? Self-care can be as simple as taking a walk, relaxing in a bath, or reading a book. Now ask yourself…did you give yourself your daily dose of self-care?
